These potato stacks are a very popular item at many C&Co's.  Made with sliced potatoes, cheese and seasoning, they make the most elegant and delicious side dish.  Each gratin is 120g, and is the perfect size for one person!  Place frozen gratins on parchment lined cooking sheet, and bake at 410 for 30-40 minutes, until slightly golden.
