Named for the magnificent Frioul region of Italy. This firm cheese is covered with a natural, light yellow rind, and its mild and fine flavour becomes nuttier with age. This delicious cheese is perfect on its own, or in your favourite sandwich. This Canadian produced cow's milk cheese has a refreshingly clean, milky taste. Fruilano is rindless with a yellow surface and interior. It is delicious for snacking, in sandwiches, sauces, pasta dishes and more. It's also a fine addition to a cheese platter.
